Single-cell RNA-seq Analyse — scRNA-seq

Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analyse karakteriserer genekspression ved opløsningen af individuelle celler, hvilket muliggør opdagelse af celletyper, -tilstande og -overgange, som er usynlige i bulktranskriptomik. Startende fra rå sekvenseringsreads producerer workflowet en celle-gen-tællingsmatrix og fortsætter gennem kvalitetskontrol, normalisering, dimensionsreduktion, uovervåget klyngedannelse, celletypeannotation og en række downstream-analyser såsom trappeinferens og differentiel ekspression mellem cellepopulationer.
