感知组织支持量表(POSS)衡量员工对其雇佣组织重视其贡献和关心其福祉的程度的信念。该量表由Eisenberger及其同事于1986年开发,是组织心理学中的一个基础性建构,能够预测员工的敬业度、承诺度和绩效。该量表基于社会交换理论和互惠规范。
