Proactive Personality Scale
Proactive Personality Scale (PPS) 衡量个体在塑造自身环境和未来方面的倾向性差异。该量表由 Bateman 和 Crant 于 1993 年开发,用于量化个体而非被动反应地预期和主动发起变革的稳定倾向。该量表可预测职业发展、创业意向和组织公民行为,因此在选拔、发展和研究情境中具有价值。
