组织公民行为量表
组织公民行为量表（OCBS）是一个包含16个条目的工具，用于衡量员工在正式工作要求之外的自主贡献。该量表由Organ于1988年开发，并由Williams和Anderson于1991年进行操作化，OCBS评估两个维度：对同事的帮助行为和对组织的 the support。
