公共服务动机量表
公共服务动机量表(PSMS)由Perry(1996)开发,Kim等人(2013)修订,用于衡量公共部门员工服务公众利益、贡献公共福祉、同情他人以及为集体利益牺牲个人利益的内在动机。公共服务动机(PSM)是有效公共行政的一个决定性特征,能够预测工作满意度、组织承诺、绩效以及参与亲社会行为的意愿。它对于政府机构、旅游管理部门和公民组织的公共部门招聘、留任和文化评估至关重要。
