职业适应能力量表

职业适应能力量表(CAAS)用于衡量使个体能够应对职业挑战和转变的社会心理资源和能力。该量表包含24个条目,由Savickas和Porfeli于2012年开发,量化了四个维度:关注(未来导向)、控制(能动性)、好奇(探索)和自信(自我效能)。职业适应能力可以预测职业满意度、就业能力以及对劳动力市场变化的成功适应。
