有害リーダーシップ尺度（Toxic Leadership Scale）
有害リーダーシップ尺度（Toxic Leadership Scale, TLS）は、虐待的監督、ナルシシズム、権威主義的支配を含む破壊的なリーダーシップ行動を測定する16項目からなる尺度である。2007年にEinarsen, Aasland, Skogstadによって開発されたTLSは、組織の有効性と従業員の幸福を損なう有害なリーダーシップ行動を特定する。
