倫理的リーダーシップ尺度
倫理的リーダーシップ尺度（Ethical Leadership Scale, ELS）は、リーダーが倫理的な行動を模範し、部下を倫理基準に照らして説明責任を負わせる度合いを測定する10項目からなる尺度である。Brown、Treviño、Harrisonによって2005年に開発されたELSは、倫理的リーダーシップを操作化し、組織の倫理を形成するリーダーの行動と規範設定を評価する。
