Kipimo cha Mabadilishano ya Kiongozi-Mwanachama (LMX-7) hupima ubora wa uhusiano wa kikazi kati ya msimamizi na mfanyakazi. Kiliundwa na Graen na Uhl-Bien mnamo 1995, ni kifaa kifupi, kinachotumika sana na kinachotokana na nadharia ya Mabadilishano ya Kiongozi-Mwanachama. Kipimo hiki hunasa uaminifu wa pande zote, heshima, na wajibu—msingi wa kisaikolojia wa mahusiano bora ya kikazi. Ubora wa juu wa LMX hutabiri ushiriki, utendaji, na uhifadhi wa wafanyakazi.
