교육적 실천 연구 — 교육 현장에서 실천가 주도의 탐구
교육적 실천 연구는 교육자들이 자신의 교실이나 학교에서의 문제 또는 기회를 체계적으로 조사하고, 변화를 실행하며, 그 효과를 관찰하고, 다음 주기를 안내하기 위해 결과를 성찰하는 순환적이고 실천가 주도의 탐구 방법입니다. Kurt Lewin의 실천 연구 프레임워크에 뿌리를 두고 Lawrence Stenhouse와 John Elliott가 교육적 맥락에 맞게 개발한 이 방법은 교사를 엄격한 탐구의 주체로 만듦으로써 교육 이론과 교실 실제 사이의 간극을 메웁니다.
