비판적 프로그램 평가
비판적 프로그램 평가는 비판 이론과 표준 평가 방법을 통합하여 프로그램을 평가하는 접근법입니다. 이 접근법은 프로그램이 명시된 목표를 달성했는지 측정하는 것을 넘어, 프로그램이 누구의 이익을 위해 봉사하는지, 권력과 특권이 프로그램의 설계와 결과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 프로그램이 형평성과 사회 정의를 증진하는지 또는 방해하는지를 심문합니다. 이 접근법은 숙의 민주주의 평가(House and Howe)와 변혁적 패러다임(Mertens)에 기반하며, 평가를 본질적으로 가치 지향적이고 정치적으로 위치한 실천으로 간주합니다.
