Digital Program Evaluation Research
공중 보건 기관이 온라인 정신 건강 지원 프로그램을 출시한다고 상상해 보세요. 전통적인 평가는 몇 주 후에 설문지를 우편으로 보내고 소규모 표본을 인터뷰할 것입니다. 대신 디지털 프로그램 평가는 플랫폼 참여 로그, 세션 지속 시간 데이터, 자동화된 체크인 응답 및 실시간 이탈 분석을 활용하여 대상 인터뷰와 함께 누가 프로그램을 어떻게, 어떤 효과로 사용하는지에 대한 더 풍부하고 빠른 그림을 형성합니다. 평가자는 종이 기반 방법으로는 달성할 수 없는 세분성을 얻지만, 데이터 개인 정보 보호, 플랫폼 데이터의 알고리즘 편향, 참여 지표와 실제 결과 간의 차이와 같은 새로운 위험도 탐색해야 합니다.
