참여형 프로그램 평가는 프로그램 이해관계자들—직원, 참여자, 후원자, 또는 지역사회 구성원—이 수동적인 대상이 아니라 능동적인 공동 평가자로서 참여하는 응용 평가 접근법입니다. 프로그램을 가장 잘 아는 사람들이 질문을 설계하고, 데이터를 수집하며, 결과를 해석하는 과정에 참여하게 함으로써, 이 접근법은 평가의 질과 결과가 이해되고, 수용되며, 실행될 가능성을 모두 높이는 것을 목표로 합니다.
