电子政务采纳量表
电子政务采纳量表（EGAS）基于技术接受模型（TAM）原理（Venkatesh & Davis, 2000），并将其扩展应用于政府情境（Belanger et al., 2005），旨在衡量公民采纳和使用数字政府服务（如电子许可、电子税务、电子投票、电子旅游信息服务、在线许可）的意愿。该量表操作化了关键的采纳驱动因素：感知有用性、感知易用性、对政府的信任、安全顾虑和技术支持。该量表对于寻求理解和克服公民对电子服务采纳障碍的政府机构、旅游部门和公共服务数字化转型项目至关重要。
