HCAHPS 医院消费者评估调查

医院消费者评估医疗保健提供者和系统(HCAHPS)是一项包含 27 个问题的、由 CMS 强制要求的患者体验调查,在患者出院后对随机抽样的住院患者进行管理。HCAHPS 于 2006 年由美国医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心(Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services)以及医疗保健研究和质量局(Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality)推出,旨在衡量患者对医院护理的看法,涵盖 10 个关键的综合指标:与护士的沟通、与医生的沟通、对患者需求的响应、疼痛管理、关于药物的沟通、出院信息、医院环境的清洁度和安静度以及对医院的总体评价。HCAHPS 在 CMS 的医院比较(Hospital Compare)网站上公开发布,并纳入医院支付激励计划,是衡量医院质量从患者角度来看最广为人知的指标之一。
