统计过程控制(SPC)是一种数据驱动的质量方法,它使用统计技术——主要是控制图——来随时间监控制造或服务过程。通过区分过程的固有变异(普通原因)和异常的、可操作的变异(特殊原因),SPC 使实践者能够将过程维持在稳定、可预测的状态,并及早发现问题,防止缺陷产品到达客户手中。
