多响应控制图 — 多元过程监控
多响应控制图在单个图上同时监控两个或多个相关的质量特性,保留了单变量图所忽略的相关结构。它基于Hotelling T²统计量及其时间加权扩展(MEWMA、MCUSUM),能够检测出如果每个响应独立绘制图表将会错过的过程偏移。当产品性能依赖于多个相互关联的输出来衡量时,它是制造业和服务质量的标准工具。
