质量功能展开（QFD）是一种结构化方法，用于在产品或服务开发的每个阶段将客户需求——即客户之声——转化为具体的技术要求。QFD起源于20世纪60年代的日本，使用一种称为“质量屋”的矩阵工具，使客户的优先事项可视化，将其与工程参数联系起来，暴露权衡取舍，并在整个设计过程中始终关注客户真正重视的内容。
