基于风险的质量功能展开(Risk-based QFD)将正式的风险分析——最常见的是失效模式与影响分析(FMEA)或风险矩阵——整合到经典的质量功能展开(QFD)“质量屋”框架中。通过根据客户需求和工程特性所关联的失效风险对其进行加权,团队不仅能根据客户重要性,还能根据潜在危害、监管风险或可靠性影响来优先排序设计和流程决策。该方法广泛应用于汽车、航空航天、医疗器械和工业产品开发领域。
