Simulation-Assisted Process Capability Analysis

仿真辅助过程能力分析结合了蒙特卡洛模拟与经典的工艺能力指数(Cp、Cpk、Cpm),用于评估在直接测量成本高昂、危险或不切实际的情况下,一个过程能否持续满足规格限。通过将输入分布传播到过程模型中,分析师可以获得模拟的输出分布,并在无需等待实际生产运行的情况下推导出能力指标。该方法在产品设计、过程放大和公差叠加研究中尤其有价值。
