基于风险的统计过程控制(Risk-based SPC)是一种工程质量方法,它将正式的风险分析——通常是FMEA或风险矩阵——与统计过程监控相结合,将控制图资源集中在对产品质量或系统安全构成最大风险的工艺参数上。风险导向的SPC不 uniform 地将控制图应用于所有变量,而是对通过结构化危害优先级排序识别出的高风险、高影响力的工艺特性进行更严格的监控。
