基于风险的根本原因分析(RBRCA)将经典的根本原因调查与定量或半定量风险评估相结合,以确保纠正措施首先针对复发概率和后果最高的根本原因。与不系统地对潜在危险进行排名的标准RCA不同,RBRCA为每个已识别的原因分配风险评分,从而使组织能够最有效地将有限的补救资源分配给能够降低整体风险的地方。
