稳健过程能力分析

稳健过程能力分析通过用稳健的位置和尺度估计量(例如中位数、截尾均值、MAD或基于IQR的离散度)替代样本均值和标准差,扩展了经典能力指数(Cp、Cpk、Ppk)。这样可以避免异常值和非正态过程分布夸大或扭曲能力估计。其结果是对制造或服务过程能否持续满足规范限度提供了更可靠的评估。
