仿真辅助控制图将蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)或离散事件仿真与传统休哈特(Shewhart)型控制图相结合,用于在部署到实际过程之前设计、验证和优化控制图参数。它不完全依赖于假定的分布形式,而是由实践者构建过程的仿真模型,在受控和失控情景下生成虚拟数据,并利用这些运行来校准控制限、估计平均运行长度(ARL)以及压力测试控制图的灵敏度——所有这些都无需中断生产。
