筛查试验评估——评估筛查试验和项目

筛查试验评估是一种系统的流行病学方法，用于评估某项试验或项目能否在症状出现之前，准确且经济有效地识别出患有某种疾病的个体。它量化了诊断性能指标——敏感性、特异性、预测值和受试者工作特征曲线（ROC曲线）——并评估筛查项目是否符合既定的公共卫生标准，以决定是否采纳以及权衡利弊。
