教学有效性量表
教学有效性量表（Teaching Effectiveness Scale, TES）是一种经过验证的工具，旨在衡量学生对教师在多个维度上有效性的感知。其中最广为人知的是由 Marsh (1982) 开发的“学生对教育质量的评价”（Student Evaluation of Educational Quality, SEEQ），该量表评估教学的九个维度，包括学习价值、热情、组织性、小组互动和课程难度，为教师表现提供全面反馈。
