Kiwango cha Mahitaji-Rasilimali za Kazi (JDRS) ni chombo cha tathmini chenye pande nyingi kinachotokana na modeli ya Mahitaji-Rasilimali za Kazi (JD-R), iliyoandaliwa na Demerouti na Bakker mwaka 2001. Kinapima uwiano kati ya mahitaji ya kazi (mzigo wa kazi, shinikizo la muda, mahitaji ya kihisia) na rasilimali (uhuru, msaada, fursa za ukuaji) ambavyo huathiri ustawi wa mfanyakazi, ushiriki, na hatari ya uchovu. JDRS imekuwa muhimu katika utafiti na mazoezi ya afya ya kazini.
