Kiwango cha Usawa wa Juhudi-Tuzo

Kiwango cha Usawa wa Juhudi-Tuzo (ERI) ni zana ya tathmini ya mafadhaiko kazini inayotokana na mfumo wa pande mbili wa mafadhaiko ya kazi. Iliyoundwa na Johannes Siegrist mwaka 1996, ERI hupima kiwango ambacho wafanyakazi hupata usawa kati ya juhudi za kazi zao (mahitaji, kuzidisha kujitolea) na tuzo za kazi (mapato, kutambuliwa, matarajio ya kazi, usalama). Chombo hiki kinatokana na nadharia ya pande mbili ya kijamii na kina ushahidi imara unaohusisha usawa wa juu na magonjwa ya moyo na mishipa, unyogovu, na uchovu.
