顺序分析(分组顺序设计)
顺序分析是一种用于在累积数据时进行假设检验的框架,它允许研究提前因疗效或无效而停止,同时控制总体I类错误率。分组顺序方法由Pocock (1977) 和 O'Brien and Fleming (1979) 正式确立,至今仍是确证性临床试验和严格A/B实验的标准方法。
