CUSUM 控制图

累积和(CUSUM)控制图由 E. S. Page 于 1954 年引入,它通过累积观测值与目标值的偏差来监控过程,而不是孤立地判断每个点。由于微小的持续偏移会随时间累积,因此运行和比 Shewhart 图能更早地显示出这些偏移,这使得 CUSUM 成为检测过程均值中微小、持续变化的理想工具。
