时间序列全表观基因组关联研究 — 纵向EWAS
时间序列全表观基因组关联研究(time-series EWAS)将经典的横断面EWAS设计扩展到纵向研究,在同一受试者中于多个时间点测量整个表观基因组的DNA甲基化水平。其目标是识别甲基化水平随时间系统性变化的CpG位点,或表征表观遗传学与暴露或表型之间的关联如何随发育阶段、治疗期或疾病轨迹演变。
