贝叶斯表观基因组全关联研究(Bayesian EWAS)扫描基因组上数十万个DNA甲基化位点,以识别与教育结果(如认知能力、学业成就或学校教育期间的社会经济暴露)统计学相关的位点。与经典的频率学派EWAS不同,贝叶斯框架整合了先验的生物学知识来计算关联的后验概率,在应用于复杂的教育表型时能提高功效并减少假阳性发现。
