多组别项目功能差异 (MG-DIF)
多组别项目功能差异 (MG-DIF) 旨在检验在测量相同潜在特质的受访者匹配后，测验或量表项目在三个或更多不同组别（如性别、种族或国家）之间是否功能等同。在相同潜在特质水平下，系统性地偏袒某一群体而非另一群体的项目，即表现出项目功能差异。多组别 DIF 将此逻辑从经典的双组别比较扩展到同时比较三个或更多组别，旨在询问所有组别是否使用相同的测量尺。检测并移除或修正此类项目是实现公平、跨组别分数解释的基础。
