FLACC行为疼痛评分量表
FLACC行为疼痛评分量表（面部、腿部、活动、哭泣、安抚性）（Face, Legs, Activity, Cry, Consolability）是一个包含5个项目的观察工具，由Merkel和Voepel-Lewis于1997年开发，用于评估2个月至7岁之间无法自我报告疼痛的儿童的急性疼痛。五个行为域的评分均为0-2分，总分范围为0-10分。FLACC量表广泛应用于儿科医院、恢复室和重症监护室，用于术后和急性疼痛评估。
