疼痛数字评定量表
数字评定量表（NRS）是由Jensen及其同事于1986年开发的一种单项、自我报告的疼痛强度测量工具。患者在0-10分的11点量表上评估其疼痛程度，其中0代表无痛，10代表可想象的最剧烈疼痛。NRS因其简单性、快速实施和稳健的测量特性，已成为临床实践和研究中最广泛使用的疼痛强度测量方法之一。
