PIPP（早产儿疼痛评估量表）
PIPP是一个包含七个指标的行为和生理疼痛评估工具，专门为接受疼痛性操作的早产儿和足月儿设计。该量表由Stevens等人于1996年开发，通过整合胎龄、行为状态、面部表情和生命体征变化来测量急性操作性疼痛。PIPP已成为研究中最广泛验证的新生儿急性疼痛评估工具，并被主要的儿科疼痛组织推荐用于评估常规新生儿重症监护室（NICU）操作过程中的疼痛。
