Wells DVT评分
Wells评分由Wells等人在1994年开发，是一种临床预测规则，可将患者分为深静脉血栓（DVT）的低、中、高三级概率。它结合了七个临床特征，以指导诊断性检测决策，并减少对疑似DVT患者不必要的影像学检查。
