早期预警评分
早期预警评分（EWS），在英国最广为人知的名称是国家早期预警评分（NEWS），是一种用于识别有恶化风险的急性病重患者的标准工具。该工具由英国皇家内科医师学会开发，并由Smith、Prytherch及其同事通过研究验证，NEWS结合了生命体征测量和补充氧气使用来生成一个综合评分。高的NEWS评分会触发升级的护理响应，从而在危重病发生前实现早期干预。
