Kipimo cha Uaminifu wa Wateja (CLS) hupima uaminifu wa wateja kama mchanganyiko wa kujitolea kwa mtazamo na nia ya kitabia. Kikiwa kimebuniwa na Dick na Basu (1994), kipimo hiki kinatofautisha kati ya uaminifu wa kitabia (manunuzi ya mara kwa mara) na uaminifu wa kimtazamo (kujitolea kihisia), kikitambua kuwa uaminifu wa kweli unahusisha vyote viwili. CLS hunasa vipimo vingi vya uaminifu ikiwemo nia ya kununua tena, utetezi wa maneno ya mdomo, na upinzani dhidi ya matoleo ya washindani. Chombo hiki kinatumika sana katika utafiti wa masoko kutabiri thamani ya maisha ya mteja na kutambua wateja walio hatarini.
