Cronbach's Alpha (Betrouwbaarheidsanalyse)
Cronbach's alpha is een maat voor interne consistentie die kwantificeert in hoeverre een set items op een schaal hetzelfde onderliggende construct meet. Geïtntroduceerd door Lee J. Cronbach in 1951, blijft het de meest gerapporteerde betrouwbaarheidsindex in sociaal-wetenschappelijk, gezondheids- en onderwijsonderzoek.
