Betrouwbaarheidsanalyse voor ordinale data
Ordinale betrouwbaarheidsanalyse schat de interne consistentie van schalen waarvan de items worden gemeten op antwoordformaten met geordende categorieën (Likert-type). Door berekeningen te baseren op polychore correlaties in plaats van Pearson-correlaties, corrigeert het voor de verzwakking die de standaard Cronbach's alpha produceert wanneer antwoorden discreet en niet-normaal verdeeld zijn.
