Discriminante Validiteit
Discriminante validiteit is bewijs dat een latente constructie empirisch onderscheidend is van andere constructies waarvan het zou moeten verschillen. Voortkomend uit het multitrait-multimethod framework van Campbell en Fiske (1959), is het een kernelement van constructvaliditeit en een verplichte controle bij schaalontwikkeling en structurele-vergelijkingsmodellering.
