視機能指数 VF-14
VF-14は、白内障による視覚障害とその白内障手術への反応を測定するために開発された14項目からなる疾患特異的な機能状態質問票である。Steinberg、Tielschら（1994）によって作成されたVF-14は、14の一般的な日常活動（例：細かい文字を読む、昼夜の運転、顔を認識する）における困難さに焦点を当てており、主に白内障の重症度評価、手術の優先順位付け、および術後の機能的視覚の改善の記録に使用される。
