加齢黄斑変性症QOL尺度
AMD Quality of Life (AMD-QoL) 尺度は、加齢黄斑変性症が患者報告による健康関連QOLに与える影響を測定するために設計された、疾患特異的な測定器です。Mitchell、Bradleyらが2005年に開発したAMD-QoLは、中心視力喪失、読書困難、顔認識、運転障害、精神的負担といった黄斑疾患に特有の懸念に対処します。これはAMD臨床試験における主要または副次評価項目として機能し、患者中心のケア決定に情報を提供します。
