患者満足度質問票（PSQ）は、ウェアらによって1983年から開発された心理測定学的に検証された自己記入式尺度であり、医療に対する患者の満足度を測定するために用いられる。短縮版であるPSQ-18は、医療へのアクセス、医療提供者との関わり、信頼性など、医療満足度の一般的な側面を評価する18項目から構成される。
