Ocular Surface Disease Index
OSDIは、ドライアイ疾患およびその他の眼表面障害のスクリーニングと重症度評価のために設計された12項目の症状質問票である。Schiffman、Christiansonら（2000）によって開発されたこの質問票は、頻度と影響の領域にわたる患者報告による眼刺激および視機能障害を定量化する。OSDIは、臨床診療、臨床試験、および世界中の疫学研究において、ドライアイのスクリーニングツールとして最も広く使用されている。
