National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25
NEI-VFQ-25は、視力低下が健康関連QOLに及ぼす影響を複数の機能的および心理的領域にわたって測定する25項目の自己記入式質問票である。米国国立眼研究所（Mangione et al., 2001）によって開発されたこの質問票は、眼科領域で最も広く使用されている視覚特異的QOL尺度であり、多様な眼疾患患者の自己申告による視覚障害を定量化するためのゴールドスタンダードとして機能している。
