Anàlisi de sentiments — Mineria d'opinions
L'anàlisi de sentiments, també anomenada mineria d'opinions, és una tasca de processament del llenguatge natural que detecta el to emocional del text —normalment classificant-lo com a positiu, negatiu o neutre. Converteix el text d'opinió no estructurat en senyals de polaritat estructurats i quantificables utilitzant una de les tres famílies d'enfocaments: lèxics de sentiments, classificadors de machine learning entrenats o models transformadors preentrenats.
