Classificació d'actes de diàleg
La classificació d'actes de diàleg és una tasca de processament del llenguatge natural que etiqueta automàticament la funció comunicativa de cada enunciat en una conversa — com ara pregunta, resposta, salutació o rebuig. Consolidada per Jurafsky et al. (1997) i Stolcke et al. (2000), és un component fonamental per als chatbots i l'anàlisi del discurs.
