Session RPE

训练课的感知运动强度评分(Session rate of perceived exertion, sRPE)是一种简单、以运动员为中心的方法,通过结合感知强度(RPE,0-10分制)和训练课时长来量化训练负荷。该方法由Carl Foster(2001)提出,sRPE无需心率监测器、GPS或测力板等外部设备,能够捕捉任何训练模式的综合生理和心理需求。尽管简单,sRPE与客观生理指标(心率、乳酸、VO2)的相关性良好,并被广泛应用于精英和大众体育中,用于负荷管理和恢复计划。
